Welcome new 6th Graders! Are you ready to be "swept away" around the world and back in time?? We have a huge journey ahead of us, so be sure to rest up now. In the meantime, get your supplies together- for Social Studies you will need:
*Blue 1 inch binder (make sure to buy the BEST quality- we will use this everyday!)
*Extra-large bookcover (the textbook is very thick!)
*Pack of Colored Pencils for map work (markers and crayons do not work as well)
*Notebook Atlas (Any brand is fine, but make sure it is THIN enough to fit in your binder and has the 3 ring binder holes punched. It should cost about $5. I have ordered multiple copies of Merriam-Webster Notebook Atlas at the Kenwood Barnes and Noble bookstore for your convenience.)
